I can give you your initial training towards this certificate, along with any additional endorsements you would need to be able to a. fly at night, b. in controlled airspace, c. above 10,000 ft. 

 Private Pilot License Requirements:

• Be at least 17 years old to earn your license
• Be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Receive and log ground training from an authorized instructor.
• Accumulate and log  20 total hours of flight time (5 solo)
• Pass an FAA Written Knowledge Test.
• Pass a Practical Test with an FAA examiner where your aeronautical knowledge and flying skills will be tested
