When you buy a new airplane (or begin to rent a new airplane), you usually undergo 5-10 hours of "transition training," which helps you to familiarize yourself with the new airplane. Most insurance companies want to see this training before they will write a policy. There are many good articles in the aviation press about transition training, such as AVWeb, EAA, AOPA, among others.
As detailed above, I have flown many airplanes over my flying career, but I feel most comfortable teaching transitions to the the following aircraft (in order of my preference):
